Art foundation project
Transformation of a 1,200 m² space in a former hosiery factory into an art foundation open to a diverse audience.
The space retains its industrial soul while incorporating exhibition areas, creative studios, and social spaces. Raw concrete, steel, and natural wood interact with accents of Klein blue, giving this creative hub a bold and contemporary identity.
Brittany, France.

A large glass roof, specially designed for this project, floods the café with natural light, creating a warm and vibrant atmosphere where every moment is enhanced by the brightness of the day.
The choice of materials reinforces this harmony: natural wood brings warmth and authenticity, while polished concrete adds a contemporary and refined touch. Lush vegetation is integrated throughout the space, softening the lines and bringing a sense of freshness and well-being.
Finally, bold touches of Klein blue punctuate the design, adding depth and character to the space, making it both elegant and inviting.
